Cancer Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation Staff

Physical Therapists (PTs) are health care professionals who diagnose and treat people of all ages who have pain, limited loss of mobility, decrease in function, and decrease in strength.

 

Balance Therapy

Balance Therapy is performed at one of the few local clinics with a specialization in balance and vestibular rehabilitation.

 

Driver Evaluations

The Driving Evaluation and Training Program assesses a person’s ability to safely drive a vehicle.

Wheelchair Evaluation

Therapists perform customized and individualized wheelchair evaluations to ensure proper fit and function.

Care Team

A trained therapist will perform a comprehensive evaluation and develop an individualized, goal-oriented treatment program for each individual to function at their highest level of social and physical independence.

All patients remain under the care of the referring physician. Therapy is monitored and adjusted based on patient progress. Patient status is fully documented and evaluations are sent to physicians, insurance companies, and other specified parties.
